Join us on March 10, 2018 from 9:30 am to 3 pm as we host our first Resiliency is Our Community (ROC) Gathering of the year at the main library of Commonweal. This upcoming session will be co-led by Wynne Leung and Annie-Rose London.
Wynne Leung is a Senior Project Designer in tech and as a personal challenge has spent the last two years making art everyday. Engaging with this challenge has transformed her life and how she engages with the world around her. She will challenge our creativity and support an examination of connecting passion to vision.
Annie-Rose London is the former Executive Director of the Berrett-Kohler Foundation and is currently on a passion sabbatical. She will share with us her journey and provide us creative tools to examine how and why we serve.
ROC creates an inter-generational space to explore meaning, purpose and equity through active listening, reflection, collaboration and service, resulting in more integrated identities and communities. Each quarter we explore ways to support one another, heal and grow. The Gathering is space to recharge, reengage and challenge yourself.
Please wear comfortable clothing and shoes appropriate for walking.
This event is always free of charge, but donations are accepted!
